CIMA has upgraded to a new electronic health records system known as Eclinical works. Along with that upgrade came a change in patient portal. We now use Healow as our patient portal. Our new portal offers a variety of features that benefit our patients such as: requesting appointments, lab results, massaging your nurse or provider for better communication, access to visit notes, and prescription refill requests.
If you have not already activated your Healow account and have not received an email to do so please contact our office and we can assist you in doing so or we can get that set up at your next office visit.
