Cameron was born in Virginia Beach and was raised in Norfolk, Virginia. Cameron received his bachelor’s in Food Science Nutrition/Exercise Science, then used his degree to start helping his community work towards healthier lives through personal training and proper dieting. During this time, Cameron also pursued a master’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness in 2018 to further his knowledge on how to help those live healthier lifestyles.
Cameron is a Health Coach with a holistic approach to weight loss and overall health. His approach brings clarity, direction and positive support for his clients. He helps his clients identify where growth is desired by setting goals and holding them accountable. Cameron is trained in helping people find themselves, find direction, and true happiness in all aspects of their lives. He helps them achieve this by homing in on specific topics such as nutrition, relationships, sleep, and exercise. Cameron helps his clients reach each milestone, one step at a time with a goal of long-term success in mind.
Cameron enjoys spending time outdoors and exercising. He is also a huge sports fan.
